That's a great shot goomer. I like how you captured the forefront in the light and used the shaded background to really bring out the colour of the trees. Well done!!thekman.

Thanks for the comments guys. This is the first result of my new approach. I sat and waited for this light for half an hour...could hardly feel my hands by the end. I usually just show up and snap like a fool and hope for the best. I'm really going to start taking my time and thinking about my shots a little more.

I thought you might have waited on this shot seeing as how the light seemed perfect. I know what you meanabout taking time to compose etc.I've been trying lately to frame the shot properly so I don't have to start cropping, and also bracketing to get to the nearest correct exposure that I can. Definitely more to it than just clicking away like a mad man. :?cheers........thekman.
