Actually those reddish clouds continued all way to the opposite horizon so I would say this was one of the best sunsets of this year.

wow! was the color really that intense, or did you increase the saturation a bit for effect? that's an amazing sunset!

That's pretty exactly what it looked.
Resizing of these images is only post processing I've done.
I took it with KonicaMinolta A2 and used "vivid" color settings which is pretty much equal to normal default color settings of many P&S cameras. (to those whose pictures are often praised in reviews)


And this is one of the reasons there's no way I would buy any camera with worse wide than 28mm... and neither is that enough always, for this I used additional 0.8x wide converter.
