That's nicely observed: there's some fantastic patterns in the water there!

I'm not 100% convinced by the composition, but can't quite put my finger on why not. Well worth trying anyway though!

Really like the visual liquid look of the water as it flows over the rim. I like the contrast. You might want to experiment with various slow shutter speeds to add additional softness to the flowing water. It looks a bit overexposed on the right side of the image.
