Nice idea Tullio! Just that the fence gives away the real fact that it is a recent photo in all of them. Otherwise a nice spot, I like how the road sweeps away gently and the balance of hill, grass, sky, water, etcfit together. Paul

Thanks Paul. Funny you mentioned the fence because I really thought about it when I selected the picture. There would be no fence back in 1910 and probably a wooden fence in 1950 but never a chicken-wire fence. Unfortunately, because of the angle I took the picture, I could not crop it off.

The shape of the cloud at left also doesn't change.

Exactly.... that's why I would like to see your idea without a fence (can you maybe take a photo of another area, where there is no fence or even without a road...)?

cheers Paul

Absolutely. I need to find the right subject. I'll keep my eyes open. Thanks for all your comments. I did this just for fun because I love old photographs reflecting places were people lived many many years ago. So I thought...what if I found a picture of this lake amongst my grandfather's belongings taken back in 1910...how would it look like?
