Default Barn #2

This Barn was along a country road in Tennessee. It was all by itself on several acres of property.

This is a classic example of how not to take a photo. I think it shows inexperience.

The barn is straight on, smack in the middle - read up on the rule of thirds, it's a rule of thumb I try to use because I'm a hopeless photographer in the artistic sense. Using a few simple rules can improve a photo no end.
Don't know if it was possible but try to get an angled shot to improve - adds interest.

The technical side i.e. exposure etc is ok though, perhaps a little more contrast and saturation.

Sorry to be so blunt but that's how you learn!!!!

Don't worry most of mine are still hopeless after 20 years of trying.

Thanks for the criticism. I am inexperienced, thats why I am posting so I can learn from polished photographers like yourself.

This was a tough shot because as I mentioned, the barn was all by itself on lots of empty farmland. I couldn't take it from an angle as I was on the road and had to zoom in to get close.

Thanks for your input.
