Thanks Aumma. Actually, a tripod was and had to be used. The first one was 1 second long, the 2nd -13 seconds, and the third -10 seconds. It was essentially dark when the last 2 were taken.........cheers......thekman.

If you can use a tripod, these shots will improve a lot. Good work. Regards.

Yes! I love these photos and I can't wait to be there in a couple of weeks...

The second one is amazing! If i'm not mistaken, thats the Beach Towers just south of Stanley Park on the Westside... I just may be living there come September...

BC just has more subject, at least of what I like taking pictures of...

If you wouldn't mind, I'd like a higher res of the second one... what cam took this pic?

Hope your trip out here is a good one Nigel. I'll try to see if I can stop the rains for you. These images are actually on the North Shore, not the westside of Stanley Park-that's looking south from where I took these. The camera was a Pentax istDS taken with the kit lens-shot in RAW.......cheers......thekman.

Thanks Jake. Nice to hear from you. Hope your summer is going well. I've enjoyed all your African wildlife shots. Some outstanding photos.
Thanks Agent 755. Ha ha-like your forum name. These were taken at varying places along the West Van Seawall. You should check it out sometime during sunset. Lots of things to see......cheers.......thekman.
