Someone mentioned Autostitch and I checked it out. It's a great software. I actually tried it with as many as 26 images, and I had forgotten what those pictures are for, and I was amazed that the software figured it out!

It's free on evaluation version. I think it expires after a while and you have to download the newer one. But it doesn't need installation, just an .exe file.

The picture, taken around sunset time, probably has the most haze. It was taken the day before the rest of them, when the fire was bigger.
