Nice shot. I would love to see that same shot but from further away to see more water in the forground and create more depth in the shot.

OK Mountain Hawk, we'll try this one. The water in the gorge is very small(except the sound) compared to the walls. That is what I was trying to capture in the first image. This one has more foreground and the walls seem distant.

The effect of the extreme vertical dimension and small horizontal almost causes a kind of dizziness. Most people only spend a few minutes in the gorge bottom, but I like to spend a whole day down there now and then.
