A small lake behind our house in San Jose, CA. I didn't know if croping this picture at all would make it more appealing.

Personally, I like the big sky effect of this shot. IMO the only thing cropping would accomplish is to change the emphasis of the landscape. But, I'm not sure that would improve the shot any. I'd keep it the way it is. I love the rolling hills of northern California in the spring. BTW, you have a beautiful view from your house. Nice shot, Steve

thanks! I wish this was the view from my house!!! I should have said, this lake is up on the hills, behind our house. We had great views, but now new development has taken it all away!
