I had the pleasure of being in the Yosemite Park area over Memorial Day weekend. A group of us took the 2.5mile hike to the Wapama Falls at Hetch Hetchy reservoir. It was a gorgeous day. Here are 5 shots I liked. Please, feel free to comment or critique as you see fit. It was an awesome walk. A Circ. Polarizing filter was used on most of these shots.
All the best,
Steve

#4 This from the falls. You can just make out a little mist from the falls at the lower left side of the picture, by the rust colored rocks.

I guess I should include at least one photo of the falls. This was taken from the dam at beginning of the hike. Wapama Falls is on the right. P.S. I reprocessed this picture to give a more accuate representation of the true color of the granite. The other was over processed to the point of being too red.

The Place is undoubtedly georgeous. And you've managed to represent its beauty successfully with your shots.
To understand the degree of the polarizing filter making the images seem almost neater than real, I would like to know if they are straight from the camera.

Great shots. I'll be sure to remember to check it out next time I'm there.
