I did a trip with the family to Canada and the US about 2 years ago in my pre-digital camera days. Here's a pano from 4 negatives I scanned recently of the the view from Mount Revelstoke, BC. A lot of fiddling/cloning/fudging with the leftmost photo to try and disguise the fact that the bottom of that image didn't go right to the bottom of the panorama.

G'day Ollie!

A very impressive view! I love the natural colours of the sky and the deep greens of the forest (pine trees) and the snow in the distance too.

I think you did a successful bit of fudging, cloning, etc to make the left bottom part "fit in". I've been stitching some panoramas recently myself and maybe when I have the time I'll share some with you too.

Thanks for sharing the lovely view of BC. Looks a bit cold, but very nice.

Paul

Wow! That's some view! Well worth while working on those old negatives

John.

The view from that lookout is spectacular. I've been there a few times as Vernon's just a couple of hours away. It seems like you only have go a few miles in any direction in this province and the landscape changes completely. It's an amazing place to live. Nice job on the pano.
