This is my first attempt at shooting fireworks. I didn't have a great vantage point to shoot from - I was at work last night and only had a few minutes to set up my tripod in the parking lot. Turned out OK, tho.

Thanks for the nice comments. Power poles seem to pop up whenever I want to take a picture. *^%[email protected] things should be against the law!

Nice shots Toshi. The 2nd one looks like a nebula photo. Cool. Those power lines can really tick you off. Hope you don't mind, but I did a real quick clone to get rid of them. Could do a better job than this, but it changes the scene a little, and gets rid of the distraction....cheers......Don.
