Capadocia, in the heart of Anatolia, housed early christians who looked for a safe place to practice the rituals of their newly flourishing religion intheRoman empireduring the time of persecutions. Now, you can walk for miles along the valley visiting numerious rock cut churches on either side of the peacefully running water..

bahadir, these are nice pics, and thanks for the historical background.

The only thing is I think the light is a little harsh. A warmer temperature or boosted saturation will probably make it better, especially the indoor shots.

Julie, thank you for the incentive. It's so nice to receive a compliment from an experienced photographer such as yourself.

Bob, you know, performance relies largely on appreciation. In this case, you've allowed me the essential with your kind words which humbled me.

Rey, thank you for the feedback. I'll play around the images soon after I return from work and see what I'll come up with. Btw, the third shot due to very little natural light source , as you may guess, wasoriginally adark one before I adjusted the levels.
