Default Yes i love the sigma 15-30EX

The Sigma 15-30EX is my most used lens. It is even sharp when wide open. I have heard of some getting bad copies of this lens so i bought my localy and first brought my 10D into store took some pictures went home made sure it looked good and went back and bought the lens that i just tried, i had them mark it so i would get the same lens as they had 2 of them with canon mount. I also got a Sigma 28-70 EX not the latest DF version but the one before the DF version it is also a great lens for 300 bucks. It mite not be as sharp at 2.8 as a 28-70 canon L lens but it doesnt cost $1000 as the canon L sells for. I also have the sigma 70 -200 2.8 EX and it works great for indoor Ice hockey at 2.8 and iso 800.

Anybody else have problems linking a picture from Pbase here, i did that at first with the above picture but it wasnt always showing so i just uploaded it to my regular web account i get with my isp. i dont have this problem over at DPreview.

Incredible capture, dc9mm...

Great composition....

Soft blur of photo on lower half contrasts vividly
with the sharply etched city skyline.

Absolutely stunning!
This would be a beautiful print to frame and hang.

Thank you for sharing!
