Just testing out my new camera - you know, that "kid in the candy shop" feeling when you get something shiny and new.

Taken with Panasonic FZ30 with my old Sony VCL-DH1758 teleconverter attached. Unfortunately the teleconverter glass is not near the same quality as the FZ30 glass, but the new setup still beats the hell out of my old gear (Minolta A1).

Looks pretty sharp to me. I assume you cropped this a bit?

Ollie at that size it seems to work well. I love moon shots. Can't wait for the 500mm to arrive!!

Yes, its cropped quite a bit (uncropped view attached). Also did a little bit of noise reduction and sharpening
