Hi all I've already posted a few of the birds on the wildlife forum but thought this really belongs here on the member's and family bit!. This is my 6 year old daughter at a recent steam & country rally. There was a falconry display in the arena and a few people where selected to enter the ring and receive the fantastic birds of prey onto there arms!. My daughter was among the few and was absolutely thrilled to bits:-). Here's a pic of her moment of glory:G. Kind regards Graham.

One can observe the admiring look of awe in the subjects' eyes the beast actuallydeserves : )As a matter of fact, thesefalcons are really wonderfulcreatures. Oh, I had the privilege of feeding one at home forabouttwo years until I set it free (which was a tough decision!!) to get to knownot many but a few very essential things about them other than justfeeding times, etc. such as their readiness, dignity and appreciation of courage and care!
