I find the soft focus and the lighting through available light quite tasteful here

Applying a noise removal on the subject would provide a more silky smooth look matching the mood...I'd also prefer a little bit tighter framing to emphasize the cute model as much as possible by some cropping off from the righthandside and a trimming from the lefthandside, while still retaining a somewhat decentered composition such as the one below.

Having a cute model makes taking a great pictures much easier and you have a very cute little model there at home.
