Simple! Can't add anything that has already been said above. Like #2 the most... But if I may, would the picture be just a bit more complete if your baby didn't have a nappy on? Don't mean to nit-pick. Really spot on photo.

The added in blue does not appeal to me as much and the ear on the first one. Overall I think they are both very nicely. I would like to see the first one with the eye without the blue. Your wife's eye is more a window in the second shot I think, while in the first shot i makes you wonder more with her looking down away form the camera. But if you can not get the separation, you may want to open but the lens more to blur out the background effect.

I think I like the softer blue in this one, over the sapphire blue form the first photo. I do not care as much for the added pink in the lips, but like the slight tone change of the photo though. I like the way you blurred out the winkles of the background.

ok i did another edit on the first photo , i plan on doing some more this weekend at some point with my son and of coarse no nappy
