Howdy,
As you can see, I'm a new member to the boards - I have been lurking for quite some time though. Anyway, I wanted to share a recent picture of my two kids. You will note that a custom Sepia tone has been applied and the background was "blown" out on purpose (all via Aperture). Just wondered what everyone thinks (composition, rule of thirds, etc.) of my two wonderful subjects. I have a lot more images I'd love to share with the group and really enjoy what others are sharing. |

I think this might be even better had you not blown out the background. Having the background so much lighter than the subjects draws attention away from your subjects. Cute kids!
