Hi, i took some pics at a friend's daughters party, this is a picture of the pary girl!, i converted the pic to b&w and then because she has lovely strawberry blond hair i did a graduated mask warmtone and then alteredopacity to bring back her hair. Just getting to grips with photoshop and still find it amazing the ease it is to alter images:-), i would have had to handle some rather dodgy chemicals to do this in a darkroom!! any c&c to help me on the way is most welcome.Thanks. Graham

Your patience really pays backwith children, especially if your camera supports high ISO levels to allowshorter exposure times.Ah, invariablycute subjects are they, as we see in your shotwhich isa great candid I think...

Graham

I really like the way you brought her strawberry hair. She looks like she is saying"Please, oh please hurry and take the picture, my arm is tired" and with tongue out to help her hold up her arm. Kids are amzing, thesalt of the earth.

Very Nice

Lovely...

Sorry I don't have anything more constructive to say, except that I hope to someday be able to take a photo like that.
