Another nice set of your grandaughter, Hawgwild. I too, have faith in her generation.

Thanks, Laurie, I am sorrowed that we will be maybe the first generation to leave our kids and grandkids a worse world than we had. It's not fair to them...

Robert, those are beautiful photos. I love the way you've taken advantage of the screen light to highlight her face. She's a beautiful little girl.... congrats on some really nice photos.

Thanks, Paul. She's had a camera pointed at her literally from moments after birth, so she's not only used to it, but she hams a little. These were not "sneak" shots, and she LOVES "chimping" LOL

Hi Javier, thanks for the comments. The Ipod has some real simple little games on it, that my wife downloaded, and Bella will play that thing until the battery dies lol

Your Bella is so cute, those are a very nice moment in time shots. She does seem very comfortable in front of the camera.

Both are adorable, and I like number 2 best as well. Reminds me of my munchkin. She's 3 and forever stealing my iPhone so she can listen to the chipmunks.

Also love that you said it was thundering and threatening rain and she's wearing a shirt that says "Good Morning Sunshine"

Thanks, Diana, I noticed in another thread you are a recent owner of an A500. Very nice camera, I have the A300, and it still serves me well. It's mostly about the lens, and less about the camera, they are all good, unless you go pro. I hope you get to feeling better so you can get out and shoot some more. Your initial shots look good, and don't worry about the 75-300, it will give you all the sharp pictures you want. Just try to avoid shooting it wide open, especially at the long end.
