Default learning to fish

Some activities are the same now as they were 2 generations ago. Last weekend took my son fishing for the first time. I'm a crappy fisherman, but that's not the point. It may not be the best technical photo (I'll blame my girlfriend who actually took the photo ) - but it's a great memory:

John, the gf did fine, great shot. And by the way, it's spelled crappie, and they are mighty tasty! LOL

Right on John.

Teaching the young ones to fish has been a right of passage in our family for generations.

Nothing like seeing the eyes of a kid the first time their rod tip starts bending.

I've got a fishing trip planned with my two granddaughters in a few weeks and I can't wait!

Great moment in life. Catch anything?
