Default Then Along Comes Emma

Our third granddaughter born 2 weeks ago ( what ever happened to having boys?).
I now have another willing subject to shoot for a few years.

Emma with her new daddy, my younger son.

With Grandma

At home with mama nearby

And 5 generations of her family.

Thanks Old Boat Guy.

My oldest Granddaughter who turns 10 today is what got me back into photography again. So having this new granddaughter should keep me very busy for many more years.

This is my second 5 generations shoot. They don't come around very often.

Congratulations Grandpaw... Looking at those pictures gave me a flashback to 2008. LOL. I was looking at my Flickr site tonight, and noticed I have 420 pics of Bella. More on my computer. I'm glad you get a new model, now you'll be busy again.

Man, look at that hair! Bella just got a new half sister that bears a strong resemblance to Emma. Her name is Scarlett, and she was born with a full head of hair. I got a couple of snaps of her. If I can find one I'll post it here. You will be surprised at the likeness.

Black and white works very well for that shot. I have a funny feeling this one will be well photographed.

Thats great! Congratulations to Bella. Being big sister definitely has its advantages. I see that happening now with Ariana and her older 1/2 sister.

I would enjoy seeing a shot of Bella's new sister.

B&W baby photo's have been something I have always preferred but I got to make everyone happy and color seems to be more popular with the kids.

Thanks for the comments Robert.

I looked on her mom's facebook page and hoped to find one similar to Emma's pose, but this is the one I found. Her name is Scarlett, and here she's two months old.

WOW Robert! Your not kidding!

A very strong resemblance.

Scarlett"s eyes look a bit bigger but she's got a couple of weeks on Emma.

Scarlett has perfect features for such a small baby.

Unreal! It would be great to compare these two in a year from now.
