Here is another one I have been playing with from the shoot...

The first has only one modification...despeckle.

The second I softened, again, probably too much. She just looks like an angel. Those really are her eyes.

I KNOW, I'M OUT OF FOCUS SLIGHTLY. Oh, I hate that. I kept stepping in too close with my zoom and then I'd back slowly out and...oh, enough excuses. I just screwed up somehow. Anyway, what I love is that she is just looking right through you with those eyes.

There is one catchlight in her upper eye that bugs me and I can't seem to get rid of it.

Opinions...thoughts on fixing either...etc. would be GREATLY appreciated. Please post the fixes if you have something in mind. Then I can associated the words you tell me with the picture in front of me. (Your pictures tell me volumes!!!)

THANKS EVERYONE!

I love this photo a lot! I played with it a little in my editing program.

What did you do to enrich the color tones like that? We were lacking natural light that morning so I think I had too many lights set up in the room and her color washed. I didn't want to use my warming filter because I thought I would lose too many f-stops and it would be too dark.

Please share what you did.

Thanks!!

Ok, I had a play with this shot. The color one had work on saturation, curves, contrast and noise reduction.

The black and white were just desaturated after the work done to the colored one and I added the color with swatches and paintbrush tool.

cute baby, looks very sweet:-)
