I took this picture during the summer soccer league season with my Kodak DC120 zoom, which served me well for quite a few years till I recently moved up to a DX7440. The DC120 has only 1.2 megapixel resolution, 3x zoom, 2 MB internal memory, and uses Compact Flash cards. I started having problems with it freezing up, especially during review, and would have to take the batteries out to reboot. Taking action shots became a real problem!

I'm looking forward to next summer, when I can take soccer pictures with my new camera or with a 7590, which I hope to buy soon.

Greetings fellow Rochesterian! I guess in a couple of months I'll be posting questions here about how to get correct exposures shooting snow in bright sunshine or full overcast skies. Which reminds me, we finally had a sunshiny autumn day yesterday, and I took my camera to work with me. I walked to Mount Hope Cemetary on my lunch hour and was taking photos when my (Kodak proprietary) battery died. Time to buy a spare!!!!

Greetings to you. Yes we will have to reduce the exposure value 1 to 2 stops in order to correctly shoot our mild snow free winters........JUST LIKE LAST YEAR> :P

Good Luck

Chat with you soon,
Sam
