I was outside experimenting with taking close ups of flowers. My son was outside with me following and talking to me. He was asking questions about howto take picturesand I was answering to the best of my ability.

What I didn't know, was thatas I was attempting to focus my camera, he had picked a flowerfrom behind where I was standing. All I heard was,"Mom what about this one?" And I turned with my camera still up to my eye. This is what I saw through the viewfinder.



The flower looks like it's floating in midair and I feel like it's too flawed to make a good picture but at the same time... the look in his eyes says it all.

Am I just being a sentimental mommy?

Hi Plain Jane,

Too flawed too be a good pic??? A pic like this is worth far more than a thousand words. The wonder in those eyes cancels out any so called flaws. excellent pic!
