There was a recent thread in people photos by jedmag that inspired me...plus I keep seeing local photogscapitalize onthe growing boudoir market. Thought I'd try my hand the other night when I was bored. Honest feedback appreciated!

Pre-focusing became a nightmare without a remote (used 20Ds 10 sec timer mostly.) suggestions? My only fix was to dial up aperture but then I lost the nice DOF.

#3 - unsuccessful at ps'ing to detract from the incorrect focus point, but liked it anyway

Urbanaries,

Lots of creative stuff here. I'd take the shots you have here over posed studio shots. They convey a degree of reality and personality that some studio shots lack.

What a great compliment! I am having fun developing my style of portraiture which I try to be a departure from stiff/stuffy studio work.

Thanks for your encouragement.

Lynne,

I LOVE # 1 Very cool!! I have tried this myself, but I have problems with the focal points too.............

I have a great time taking boudoir pic's. It is fun making someone look fantastic! I have only had two boudoir clients, but I hope to do more. I'd really like to get a man in the studio! hee hee!
