I often take 30 second to 4 or 5 minute video clips on my Canon SD800 IS. I have a SanDisk Ultra II 1.0 GB SD card.

Is it best to copy or send these to a CD-R disc or a CD-RW disc? Basically I want to make sure I have a way of always keeping these short videos.
