Memory card Full or Empty? Panasonic FZ1

Hi, new to this forum, so hello everyone! I've got a panasonic FZ1, and I've been using it to do a few little movie clips tonight off the telly tonight and the memory card seems to be confused. The Camera says it is full, but when I put the card in a memory card stick thingy in the laptop it appears to be empty.......?? It's a 128mb one, and only a couple of years old, Any ideas please?ThanksKaren
