Default SanDisk Extreme Pro SDHC UHS Speed Class 1

Just bought a Canon T2i and was looking to pick up a class 10 sdhc card and then I found this: SanDisk 16GB Extreme Pro - SDHC - UHS Speed Class 1. Anyone know whether this is a better card or not? Its 45mb/s verses the class 10 at 30mb/s. For the most part I should in jpeg but now that I have a dslr, hope to expieriment with raw.
I'm assuming it will work in the t2i and if my laptop supports SDHC, it should still support this also, correct?

This website seems to indicate that UHS is not compatible with the standard SDHC units. http://www.sdcard.org/developers/tech/speed_class/

I have a T2i. The manual recommends a minimum of a class 6 card for HD video recording. I've shot with a class 6 and a class 10 card, and I didn't see any difference in buffering or temperature, so I'm guessing the camera's memory bus is maxed out with a class 6 card. If this is correct, there is no benefit to a card faster than class 6.
