Ok, I ran across a SanDisk III Rebate offer and here is the rebate form...

Also, on Thanksgiving Ritz Camera has an offer on 3 SanDisk III SD cards for $60 ($20 each) with the SanDisk rebate it comes out to $0 (of course there is shipping of $6.95 but no sales tax).
