i cant download any pictures from my sandisk imagemate 12 in 1 can anyone help i have tryed all the sites i can find

You haven't given us very much information, other than the fact it's not working. Is it brand new and has never worked, or had it been working and suddenly ceased? Is your computer recognizing the device? What type of media are you attempting to read? Are your sure your camera has written images to the card?
