There are so many memory cards out there. I want something that will allow me to use my Cannon SD900 at high performance and use it as both a camera and video with spending around 80 bucks max. I know I ask a lot of questions here - I just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks.

Is it better for me to get a 4GB card than a 2GB one?

I found one 4GB card that fell under the SD category:

I am not sure if these are Secure Digital or what I need because they fell under the flash memory category and not the SD Card category.
Are flash memory and SD cards two different things?

SanDisk 3.97 GB 60x Secure Digital Card (SDSDRH4096901)

SanDisk Ultra® II 3.97 GB Secure Digital Card (SDSDRH4096A10-$125

I was told that SanDisk was a good company, so if I am to get a 2GB card , would the
SanDisk 2GB SD Card -SDSDB-2048-A10, be a good one or should I get something more high performance??
