I am looking at getting my first DSLR.

I am looking at the Nikon D60, and i was wondering which SD/SDHC card will not lag at all when the D60 is writing to the card.

are the SDHC Class 6 fast enough for a DSLR?

Or should I go with 4 X 2GB Regular SD with a really fast speed?

The speed of a memory card really only becomes a factor when shooting in 'Burst' or 'Continuous' Mode for sports/action/wildlife photography. If you won't be doing any of that, then the speed of the card doesn't matter much. And some people who shoot continuous like to have the buffer fill ocassionally; it limits their bursts to 5 or 6 shots, instead of going on indefinetly. But for uninterrupted continuous shooting, something like the SanDisk Extreme III or Lexar Platinum II would probably work well.

The Nikon D60 doesn't support UDMA, so the really fast cards wouldn't buy you anything.
