I use panasonic LX2 camera and it accepts SDHC card.
And i have a trancend 1G SD card now.
But i am not satisfied with its speed while reading, writing and transfering.
After researching a lot of shopping sites,i will choose one of those:

Transcend class 6 4G
A-Data class 6 4G
Kingston class 2 4G
SanDisk class 2 4G

Which one is the faster or the best?

Thanks for your replies.

SDHC (SD High Capacity) are the new SD cards larger than 2GB that adhere to the SD 2.00 specification - a design that is required for cards and hosts to support 4GB to 32GB capacities. The specification was developed by the SD Association, which also defined three speed classes for speed and performance capabilities.

SDHC cards adhere to the SD Speed Class Rating specification which definesa minimum sustained transfer speed and use the FAT32 file system.

The SD Association has created and defined 3 speed classes to help you identify speed and performance capabilities/minimum requirements of SD/SDHC cards and the host products. The SD Speed Class Ratings specify a minimum sustained write speed for SDHC cards (Class 2: 2 MB/s; Class 4: 4 MB/s; Class 6: 6 MB/s*).

I have measured the write speed of the Panasonic DMC-LX2 and it works out roughly at 5MB/s max. So any of the 50x speed and upwards SD cards should give the fastest possible write speed. SDHC cards will not neccessarily give a higher speed, as has been noted it is a designation given to SD cards of over 2GB capacity.

The following will do the job:

Sandisk Ultra II, extreme III
Kingston Elite Pro
Corsair 60X and 133X

Always choose from a reliable maker and never buy memory cards from ebay.

I just purchased a Sandisk SDHC 4gb. card that came with a USB-2 plug in card reader at Best-Buy. It works perfect in my Panasonic DMC-LZ7 camera. I needed a card reader anyway so the package deal for both was perfect for me.
