HI i have got a F47fd camera the manual says it takes a memory card up to 2GB i was wondering if anyone has tried using a larger card ie 4GB or 8GB and what were the results good and bad.

F47fd will support SDHC memory cards (4GB or larger). You may have to upgrade the firmware in the camera. http://www.fujifilm.com has more info.

up to 8 Gb - w/o problem(but today's SDHC card uite slow - no more 8 mbps(class 8) is planned).
but 12 Gb and 16 Gb have some issues.
mostly with imprioferly formatted FS.

p.s im use Sundisk, Transcend and Kingston mostly.
fast as i can see/buy*typically class 6)
