Default Think this is safe ?

My daughters' Olympus FE-5020 uses XD cards or SD cards with an adapter . My Cannon and Panasonic use SDHC . If I use an SDHC card and the camera doesn't support ; could it damage the camera or the SDHC card .... (the camera's info booklet mentions nothing of SDHC only the SD )
Thanks for your input ,

Steve,

Your daughter's camera will only use microSD cards with the MASD adapter Is that what your Canon and Panasonic use - microSD? If so, then it is OK. The camera can use either microSD or microSDHC.

I made a mistake , it takes xd cards with an adapter for micro sd cards .

So I bought an 8 G micro sdhc card and it works just fine .
