I wouldn't use anything larger than 4 Gig cards. In fact I prefer two Gig cards, but that's because I am NOT shooting video. I can always yank an almost full card, and not miss a photograph - But IF I was shooting video, I would get the largest card I could afford (And yes, I would have a back-up card as well).
