Default 1 Gb limitation of the common CF/Microdrive readers

I'm looking for a USB-2 reader capable of handling CF cards and Microdrives larger than 1 Gigabite. Any suggestions?

The latest SanDisk 8-in-1 or Lexar Multi-card USB 2.0 Reader handles them with no problem.

Thank you, Steve! I'll check Lexar.

I've just returned SanDisk: the company claims that none of their readers is designed for Microdrive. Indeed, a simple insertion of the drive wasn't enough for reading. I had to disconnect and reconnect USB to make the reader see the drive.

It was a 1gig drive and the latest SanDisk CF II reader

There are few USB compatible reader that reads Microdrive. Please check this one.
DaUSB1.1 Multi-Slot Reader(6-in-1), supports CompactFlash, CFI/CFII and Microdrive; MemoryStick(not MS Pro); SmartMedia, SecureDigital; MultiMedia Cards:
Vendor sku(PTI p/n): DM-21200
Manufacturer p/n: DM-21200
UPC Code: 7-40853-45998-2zzle
Price should be no more than $35.00
Regarding size of Microdrive, Hitachi will release 2gb at the beginning of next year. There are 4GB dirves also but supply is very limited as Hitachi has shipped 500 pcs to the American market. Some 4gb will be available at the end of this month. Thanks.
