Forget to mention that an alert come before all this
"The device has not a valid file system"

This error comes.
When I format the card then it works fine.

Are you trying to recover lost photos, or are you trying to keep this from happening again?

If you want to keep this from happening again, I suggest you replace the card.

If you're trying to recover the lost photos, it seems like sometimes you're able to get them off, but if you can't, try http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec

I want to stop it from happening again.
card replacement is not solution in my case
bcoz its happening to all Micro SD cards. But when I format that cards in windows then they worked fine without any problem.

I use all cards in mobiles not in digicams or handycams

please anybody have anyway to prevent from this situation

and I have some tools for data recovery that are working fine.

You say micro SD. Do you mean micro SDHC? The reason I ask is I have experienced the same problem ... because the older READER does not support SDHC.

Solution: replace the reader with one that reads SDHC standard, micro, or mini, with or without adapters.
