I've used a 16GB CF type transcend card before in an older camera and it worked great. Jims recommendations are always spot on and the card he talked me into was used for 2 family weddings and save me from having to change the card in the middle of something important.

I bought two Phottix aftermarket batteries for my Sony. very satisfied. I see the Canon/Phottix price ratio is the same as for my Sony. hmmm. Don't buy too quickly.
