Difference between Compact Flash Type I and Type II Cards

What is the difference between Compact Flash Card Type I and Type II. I have a Sandisk 128 MB Compact Flash. How can I find which type it is.

I need to know which type is used in Fujifilm FinePix S602 Zoom Digital Camera.

Hi.
the fuji S602 takes Compact Flash I and Compact Flash II cards, so it shouldn't matter which card you use, as long as it is a CF card.
also see Steves review on that cam.

The difference is size (in thickness).
If your device can use Type II cards, then it will accept Type I cards.
Type II is a slightly thicker.
