Default Transfering Photos Cam->PC

I don't know about you lot, but I've got really fedup of having 2 copies of windows explorer running, creating folders then drag and dropping the pictures to my pc. I couldn't find anything I liked to do the job easily for me, so I wrote my own bit of software - http://www.dps.uk.com/freeware_transferer.htm hope it's of some some to any of you, feedback welcome.

Default Photo Transfer

Yes, that's why I just put together a simple batch file for mine.

I started to write a program, but decided it wasn't worth the trouble (since a batch file works fine for me).

I'll give yours a try.

Thanks!

Default Love your program . . . thanks . . . and help!

Great little program. Thanks so much for writing it.

I need some help, though. I am unclear about the extensions.ini file. What, where, how is it? I am no geek, so have patience with me.

Basically, I shoot in a variety of formats. So I want to be able to dump EVERTYTHING on the flash card into my computer. That would include: .mov, .thm, .tif, and .jpg.

Any idea on how to do this?

Thanks!

Oops, I just figured it out! Never mind. Thanks a million. You just made my workflow a LOT smoother!!!

Default Sent a small donation!

:P Thanks!

By the way, I have been looking everywhere for a program like this! I have an Epson R300 which will only transfter jpegs. I shoot mostly in Minolta RAW, and transfering files can be laborious.

It may seem like a small thing, but just the ability to insert the card and then walk away from the computer really makes my day!

Keep up the good work.

Thanks Release 1.00.6 is now up with a few minor changes, including the extensions in the options screen.
