Default Microdrives and planes?

Hi,

Does anyone know how Microdrives handle being used at altitude in a plane? I know that the maximum operating altitude is 10,000 feet, but how does that work within a pressurised environment?

Just curious...

The passengers cabin is pressurized to around 50008000 feet...

It's OK, I have reviewed the pictures just fine while in flight...
