Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question but I am looking for personal storage device (HD based) so I can copy my CF card to it. I found this product which looks pretty good. Anyone using it?

Another alternative if you have one is to use a laptop with a PCMCIA card (to read your media) or a USB card reader.

You edit COPY , edit PASTE photos to folder on your laptop.

Then edit, select all, DELETE, on the card.

At your leisure you can create photo CDs of the folders after you remove the photos you do not want to keep.

Two cents

Depending on the size of your raw files that may be impractical, plus every reader I've seen is slow. The tripper will transfer my 2 Gig CF card in around 3 minutes. Same with the transfer to the computer. Plus since you can put any size hard drive it's a lot cheaper to upgrade later.

FYI I just got back from florida, took 1583 pics, 18.9 GIG. The thing works flawlessly. Fastest transfers I know of, great menu, all around done well.

Just my 2 cents!
