So, should I get a Lexar 80x or a SanDisk Ultra II?

Judging from your past posts, you now have a Nikon D70. From tests I've seen, the difference between them is negligible in most larger sizes (512mb, 1GB, 2GB).

Personally, I'd go with the Lexar 80x (making sure the card is bundled with Image Rescue, just in case I ever needed it). Lexar packages some of their larger CF cards this way.

The guy at the store gave me (well, sold me with the camera) the Lexar and I never bothered to ask which was the better card. It had Image Rescue on it, but I was no where near the PC when I needed the card, so I had to format the card and lost Image Rescue. The next card I buy, I'll make sure I keep Image Rescue before I format the card!

Do you have the receipt with a UPC code on it anywhere for the card?

I don't know if you'd have any luck or not. But, you may want to ask Lexar if they'd let you download another copy of it (just explain it to them like you explained it here on the forum). It wouldn't hurt to ask.

I think it would be very unreasonable if they said no. Good luck
