It's up to you, but if it were me, I'd go with a vendor that had a much better reputation, and stick with a name brand card with a good manufacturer's warranty. Here are some customer reviews of the vendor you're looking at:

Damn on pricewatch it said 97% good so i didn't check resellerratings...

can you recomend somewhere decent w/ around $16 shipped max...

well i got a 128mb card for free from my bro-in-law... and it holds enought pics for me
