I have a new Casio QV-R62 with a SandDisk 256MB SD Card.

We have 2 PCs - a Windows XP and a MacMini.

We pulled our photos from the SD card via an Espon Multifunction printer attached to the Mac.

I took some more photos and tried to pull them off via a card reader on the Windows XP machine. Trying to access the photos' folder gave me an error message that I was unable to access the folder and it may be corrupt. I also noticed a trash folder there as well.

I also tried connecting the camera direct to the Windows PC via the USB cable but met the same problem.

I take the SD card out of the camera and insert into the printer attached to the Mac and the photos come up. Is there something the Mac does that prevents Windows users from accessing photos???

I would guess that the Mac has changed the format of the card contents. I am not a Mac user, so don't know for sure. While you can usually access data on either a Mac or Windows machine, it has to be converted for the proper OS.
