This is probably very basic but maybe someone will advise me: I recently bought a Sony Cybershot DSC-V3 with a Lexar CF, 512 mo. I transfer some images onto my computer and eventually erase them all from the camera. Yet recently while shooting I had a "no more card-capacity" message. There were only 30 images in the camera, in two "folders." A friendly camera-store salesman made a CD transfer and found that the card actually contained 165 images, none visible on the LCD. I eliminated the folders altogether and started fresh. Now after a morning of exposure tests I have emptied the folders again -- "no file in this folder," is the message -- and yet my memory-card display shows only 162 out of 201 images available. The camera-store guy said maybe I'm inadvertently sending images back from the computer to the camera. Could someone out there tell me why my card is filling up with information I can't see? Thanks very much.
