I have been told that a few companies make a self contained Flash Card reader that will download and burn a CD (no computer required). I have a Nikon D70 with the San Disk UltraII Cards. Can someone point me towards such a piece of equipment and at a reasonable cost.

Thanks
Paul

Have a look right here at Steve's Digicams for three examples, http://www.steves-digicams.com/digi_...s.html#storage, it's the top three in the list.

Amazon have one of them, (due in soon), for $242.72, http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...364469-4499826

And this looks to be a good one for $269.00, can also write to all DVD formats except dual layer, http://www.addonics.com/products/mfr/aemfr842d.asp

For a $27.72 premium, this second one looks worth it !

Find any web site for photographic and associated products and browse for Multi Function Recorders or such like.

Hope this helps,

Stevekin.
